　　本試驗(yàn)機(jī)適用于測試高分子材料的維卡軟化點(diǎn)溫度和熱變形溫度，作為控制質(zhì)量和鑒定新品種熱性能的一個(gè)指標(biāo)，由計(jì)算機(jī)、LED或百分表測量形變，溫控儀設(shè)定升溫速度，操作方便、設(shè)計(jì)新穎、外形美觀、可靠性高。符合GB/T1633《熱塑性塑料軟化溫度（VST）的測定》、GB/T1634《塑料彎曲負(fù)載熱變形溫度試驗(yàn)方法》、GB8802《硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）管材及管件維卡軟化溫度測定方法》以及ISO75、ISO306、ISO2507等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

　　This testing machine applies to testing the Vicat softening point and thermal deformation temperature of polymer materials,using as an index of controlling quality and identifying thermal property of new species,measuring deformation by computer,LED or dial indicator and setting the rate of temperature increase by temperature controller with the characters of easy operation,modern design,elegant appearance and high reliability,in conformity of GB/T 1633 Test of Thermoplastic Plastics Softening Temperature(VST),GB/T 1634 Test Method for Plastic Bending Load Thermal Deformation Temperature and GB 8802 Test Method for Vicat Softening Temperature of Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC-U)tubular product and Pipe fittings as well as the standards of ISO75,ISO306 and ISO2507,etc.
